No. Your live site is a frozen snapshot taken when you hit Publish. You can edit the draft as much as you like; nothing changes for visitors until you publish again.

Every portfolio gets a username.fromyourcv.com address free. Custom domains aren't available yet. It's on the roadmap, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise.
